High-Angle Rescue Refresher & Extrication (HARR & E) is conducted by Subject Matter Experts with backgrounds in Pararescue and National Fire Protection Association (NFPA) certifications, along with extensive real-world experience in both civilian and combat deployments.
The course focuses on standard equipment utilization to ensure familiarization and proficiency with gear available during deployments and training operations. Students will receive instruction on basic rigging operations for high angle rescue as well as improvised/hasty techniques through comprehensive demonstrations followed by extensive hands-on practice.
This course reinforces critical skills needed for challenging vertical environment extractions and evacuations. (24-hour course)
