The 10-acre live-fire Wadi provides a relevant training environment for pre-mission/deployment training and full mission profiles. It is positioned between the live-fire Urban Combat Compound and the 30-Acre Urban MOUT Complex, which have adjacent Helo Landing Zones and Drop Zone.

The Wadi supports all four training disciplines:

  • Medical—Teams rescue/transport casualties from the Wadi to safety while under (simunition) fire, including airlifts.
  • Weapons & Tactics—Invaluable terrain for operators to prep and practice live fire driving scenarios, FMPs, and STXs 24/7 with T1G’s zero noise/fire restrictions.
  • Breaching & Explosives—Working with explosives and vehicles, IED work, and any number of realistic explosive and IED scenarios.
  • Off-Road Driving—The 10-acre Wadi and engineered driving environments elevate T1G’s off-road driving program to the next level. Engineered obstacles provide a highly challenging environment and help train operators rapidly.
