Tactical On / Off-Road Driving — CUSTOMIZABLE*
Close Protection Driving (CPD)
Personal force protection, mobility, vehicle commandeering, vehicle recovery, defensive/offensive driving (day/night) to both detect and counter threats in high-risk environments

Close Protection Driving (CPD) training equips attendees with essential skills to enhance mission success and survivability in high-risk, asymmetrical environments. The program focuses on developing and refining mounted operations skills critical for personnel operating in combat theaters.
Training begins with a refresher on tactical marksmanship, followed by instruction in tactical driving, vehicle crew operations, and multi-vehicle tactics in urban and rural environments. Participants learn to operate effectively in congested areas, identify and avoid threats, and respond decisively during transit to ensure the safety of passengers and principals. The course progresses to operational-level skills that emphasize survivability during mounted contacts. Students practice individual and team driving techniques, vehicle maneuvering as a unit, and coordinated responses to threats.
The culmination of training involves scenario-based exercises with Simunitions and live fire, preparing participants for real-world day and night operations.
