Tactical Breaching | Dynamic Entry
Special Operations Forces Master Breacher
Certification for operators who will plan, lead, and instruct breaching operations. EE I and EE II required. 5 days.

SOF Master Breacher is a five-day certification for operators who will plan, lead, and teach breaching operations. The course pushes beyond execution into the science behind every method of entry — explosive selection and placement strategy for maximum energy transfer, charge optimization to minimize net explosive weight, and the R&D process for developing new TTPs. Training is hands-on — every charge designed, placed, and fired by the student on targets of increasing complexity. Operators leave certified to instruct breaching and advance their unit’s TTPs.
Master Breacher training covers the chemistry of explosives and detonations, materials selection matched to target composition, applied physics and target analysis, and principles of charge construction — then progresses into live iterations on external door, external window, internal door, and external wall charges with charge placement refinement across increasingly complex target sets. The course integrates risk assessment for training environments, adult learning theory, the research and development process, data collection, and DoD explosives regulations — preparing operators to lead breaching instruction and advance their unit’s TTPs. All breaching runs on T1G’s purpose-built breaching facilities — dual breach houses with backside support personnel rebuilding one house while students breach the other. SOF MB builds on the Explosive Entry I and Explosive Entry II progression.
T1G can customize a multidiscipline event that supports your operational tempo and requirements. Integrated courses help to maximize your training effort and meet budget considerations. Let’s talk about it.
