Unconventional Warfare Clinic
Prolonged field care in austere conditions. Day and night.

Gold band: Purpose-built compound for prolonged field care — degraded infrastructure, switchable power, and the clinical problem-solving that keeps casualties alive when evacuation is hours away.
The Unconventional Warfare Clinic replicates the conditions medics face in undeveloped theaters — a building with limited equipment in a village where your team is the only medical capability for miles. Simulated stock and supplies, two treatment beds, and switchable primary or generator power create the reality of sustained care under degraded infrastructure. The clinic functions as the “house” in the ruck/truck/house training progression: after point-of-injury care with what the medic carries and vehicle-based transport, casualties arrive here for extended treatment with whatever the building provides. The H-60 CASEVAC Trainer supports patient movement exercises to and from the clinic.
The focus is the medicine — clinical decision-making, patient monitoring, and resource management when CASEVAC is hours away, not minutes. Located adjacent to T1G’s medical classrooms and work area, the clinic integrates into full mission profile events where casualty play drives patients to the facility for triage and extended care. The Prolonged Field Care, Advanced Combat Medic, and Applied Battlefield Medicine courses use this facility. T1G builds each iteration around the unit’s deployment profile — the clinic configuration adapts to match.
