Range 8
SOF Skills Complex
8 lanes. Static and reactive steel. Shooter vs. shooter.

Speed, accuracy, and pressure. Eight lanes of competition steel.
Range 8 is an 8-lane SOF competition-style complex with independent shooting bays, built for speed and accuracy under pressure. Each shooting bay presents a different target array — static and reactive steel at 7 to 25 meters — forcing shooters to adapt engagement techniques between lanes. Pistols at close range, M4 carbines at distance. The format supports individual time trials, team relays, and head-to-head shooter-vs.-shooter competitions.
The range is purpose-built for combat skills development — not marksmanship fundamentals. Units use it to push trained shooters past comfort and into performance under time pressure. Pair it with Rogers Range for foundational marksmanship progression, or integrate into a broader CQB training package where range work feeds directly into shoot house iterations. The Tactical-Combat Marksmanship and Advanced Marksmanship courses run here.
