SOF Protection Course (SOF-P) SOF Protection Course (SOF-P) is a four-day program designed for operators deploying to independent or small-cell assignments in high-threat third-world environments. Training builds the force protection skills to detect, counter, and neutralize terrorist threats while maintaining operational effectiveness in the most demanding theaters. Core disciplines integrate combatives with Low Profile Concealed Carry (LPCC) fighting techniques — lethal and non-lethal methods trained as a seamless continuum, not separate skills.
Operators train LPCC fighting strategies, integrated combatives and concealed carry courses of fire, fighting from within and around vehicles, static live-fire embus and debus drills, glass shoots, and dismounted SOF immediate action drills. Scenarios derive from current global threats and build in complexity through the week, culminating in full-spectrum STX. All scenario work runs across T1G’s MOUT complex and urban road network. Teams needing the broader skill set combine SOF-P with SOF Protection & High-Risk Driver for the 6-day integrated package that adds mounted operations, or with High-Risk Traveler Level I for counter-abduction and escapology.
