High-Risk Traveler Course Level II (HRT-II) builds on the foundations established in Level I, advancing operators into more complex threat scenarios and higher-pressure survivability situations. Training pushes beyond recognition and response into anticipation and pre-emption — reading operational environments before threats materialize and positioning for advantage rather than reaction.
Advanced counter-abduction techniques, complex escape scenarios, and multi-threat problems layer on the Level I skill set. Operators train in environments that replicate the ambiguity and time pressure of real-world independent assignments where support is not coming. All scenario work runs across T1G’s MOUT complex and urban infrastructure. HRT-II graduates operating on PSD assignments integrate these skills with Protective Security Detail training for complete principal protection capability.
