Basic Combat Trauma Training (BCTT) is a comprehensive program designed to prepare both operators and non-medical personnel with the skills needed to perform life-saving emergency medical procedures in high-stress environments, whether on the battlefield or during everyday operations.

Our curriculum is built on the guidelines set forth by the Joint Trauma System (JTS) Committee on Tactical Combat Casualty Care (CoTCCC), the National Association of Emergency Medical Technicians (NAEMT) TCCC, and internationally recognized Prehospital Trauma Life Support (PHTLS) standards.

T1G elevates these evidence-based frameworks by focusing on the prevention and management of the most prevalent injury patterns encountered in modern combat environments.

Our training emphasizes real-world applicability through hands-on learning, scenario-based exercises, and a low instructor-to-student ratio (maximum 1:5) to ensure personalized attention and skill development. Training is conducted at T1G’s purpose-built operational medicine facility, offering a secure environment tailored for immersive, realistic instruction.

32 Advanced CAPCE CEUs are provided.

T1G can customize a multidiscipline event that supports your operational tempo and requirements. Integrated courses help to maximize your training effort and meet budget considerations. Let’s talk about it.
