Special Operations Forces Tactical Medical Refresher (SOF TMR / ATP Refresher) is s an 84-hour program built for the advanced military medical professional — Army 18D, Air Force Pararescue, Marine Corps Amphibious Reconnaissance Corpsman, Navy Independent Duty Corpsman, and NAVSPECWAR SEAL medics. The course satisfies NREMT Paramedic recertification and USSOCOM Advanced Tactical Paramedic (ATP) certification requirements, delivering renewal in BLS, ACLS, PALS, TCCC, and PHTLS within a single training event. 91 Advanced CAPCE CEUs are provided. Full mission profiles are tailored to unit-specific operational requirements — T1G builds the scenario package around where your team is deploying and what they need to sustain.

The curriculum spans two phases covering more than 50 skill areas. Phase I moves from foundational updates through core trauma management — hemorrhage control, hemostatic application, advanced and surgical airway techniques, chest trauma, blood product transfusion, and shock resuscitation — into specialized blocks covering blast and burn injuries, traumatic brain injury, orthopedic assessment, battlefield pharmacology, rapid sequence intubation, and regional anesthesia. Tactical and operational considerations include medical 9-line and MIST reporting, convoy medical operations, urban movement and casualty collection point management, damage control resuscitation, and mass casualty triage. Special topics address K-9 trauma management, altitude illness, deployed clinical medicine, and current injury pattern analysis. Phase II delivers ATP recertification skills, NREMT-P renewal, and field scenarios that test the full integration under mission conditions.

T1G can customize a multidiscipline event that supports your operational tempo and requirements. Integrated courses help to maximize your training effort and meet budget considerations. Let’s talk about it.
