Unconventional Warfare Clinic
Prolonged field care in austere conditions. Day and night.

Adjacent to the Wadi, shoot houses, and HLZ — medical scenarios integrated into the fight.
The Unconventional Warfare Clinic is a purpose-built facility for realistic prolonged field care and austere medical training. Located on the first floor of the South Urban Sniper Hide, it sits adjacent to the HLZ, the shoot houses, and directly abuts the 10-acre Live-Fire Wadi. Simulated stock and supplies, a treatment and triage area, and switchable primary or generator power create the conditions for sustained care under degraded infrastructure — the reality of prolonged field care when CASEVAC is hours away, not minutes.
The clinic’s location is the differentiator. Medical scenarios don’t happen in isolation — they run concurrent with tactical operations across adjacent training areas. Casualties generated during CQB iterations in the shoot houses or contact in the Wadi flow directly to the clinic for treatment, triage, and movement to the H-60 CASEVAC Trainer or HLZ for extraction. The Extended/Prolonged Field Care, Advanced Combat Medic, and Applied Battlefield Medicine courses use this facility.
