Embassy – CQB Training Facility
SIMS | 9,375 sq ft – Supports four 12-man stacks

Designed to be hellish. Six unique stairwells. Doors that fight back.
The SIMS CQB Training Facility — the “Embassy” — is 9,375 sq ft across two stories with 24 rooms, 40 interior doors, and six unique stairwells. It is designed to be hellish. Each stairway differs in design. Interior doors open in opposing directions. Hallways alternate between narrow and wide. Hidden areas throughout the structure add dimensions of difficulty that don’t exist in uniform training buildings. The lavatory has four stalls and four urinals with dividing walls. Small rooms open into large rooms with multiple doors to opposing hallways. Sound, strobes, and light controls create additional distractions. A master control room with light and audio override switches allows cadre to escalate scenarios in real time. 48 closed-circuit cameras record every room for after-action review.
The Embassy sits in the northwest corner of the 30-acre MOUT complex, adjacent to the HLZ/DZ and the Live-Fire Wadi. Teams typically build and validate TTPs in the SIMS House before progressing here — the Embassy is the advanced problem set. Combined with the two ballistic shoot houses for live-fire and the MOUT village for exterior urban operations, T1G’s CQB facility pipeline goes from fundamentals through the most complex indoor clearing environment available. The CQB/CQC and Advanced Urban Combat courses culminate here.
