Tactical Operators Course

Tactical Operators Course (TOC) builds the driving skills that keep operators alive when a vehicle becomes the weapon, the shield, or the exit plan. Over 2–3 days, teams train vehicle dynamics and control, high-speed driving, threat assessment and attack recognition, escape maneuvers, precision immobilization techniques (PIT), and barricade breaching through ramming — all on T1G’s WPS-certified paved track. The course culminates in a Final Training Exercise (FTX) that puts every skill under pressure in a realistic scenario. TOC is the foundation for T1G’s entire driving curriculum — Executive Protection Driver Training and Close Protection Driving build directly from the competencies established here.

Training runs on purpose-built driving infrastructure — a 2.6-mile WPS-certified hardball track and an unimproved roads course that replicates the surfaces operators encounter downrange. T1G’s cadre pushes vehicle dynamics to the limit through repetitive cycling and muscle-memory engagement until evasive reactions are instinctive, not deliberate. PIT workshops progress from technique to application against moving targets. Ramming drills use disposable vehicles. Every rep builds toward the FTX, where the team runs a complete scenario under pressure. T1G’s backside support team handles vehicle staging, track reset, and equipment between iterations — the team stays behind the wheel instead of managing logistics.
