Save time and money—let T1G handle your logistics and accommodations.

Six lodging buildings within walking distance of every range, classroom, and training facility on the property. Male and female shower and bathroom facilities in a dedicated co-located building with 24/7 laundry. Each building includes a 700 sq ft team room with Wi-Fi, satellite TV, whiteboards, refrigerators, microwaves, and coffee. Private SNCOIC/OIC quarters are available in multiple secure buildings. Individual lockers and linens provided. Full-time housekeeping — your team focuses on training, not facility maintenance.

Meals are prepared and served on-site in the dining facility. Breakfast before weapons draw. Hot lunch between training blocks. Dinner after the last iteration. No transit, no per diem hassles, no off-property risk. The Day at the Range comparison shows what this means in practice — your team starts training earlier, finishes later, and eats better than they would on a government installation.

Lounge, Kitchen & Recreation — Building #5

Adjacent to the lodging compound, Building #5 provides a full kitchen with two electric stoves, refrigerators, microwave ovens, and food prep sink. Separate men’s and women’s restroom facilities. All electric — no gas appliances.

The recreation side includes a movie room with satellite TV, two gaming stations with preloaded retro systems, and a foosball table. The building operates during power outages. After a 14-hour day running NVG evolutions in the MOUT, this is where your team decompresses without leaving the property.

Common Areas, Gym & Dojo

Two outdoor gathering areas anchor the north and south ends of the lodging complex — picnic tables, grills, burn barrels, and bonfires. T1G staff keeps firewood stocked. An exterior electric and propane hookup supports mobile kitchens and food trucks for large groups.

Two volleyball courts (one grass, one sand) and open space for PT. A full fitness center with free weights and machines sits adjacent to the compound. Outdoor fitness stations — mega tires, hanging bars, ropes — are distributed across the property. When no combatives courses are scheduled, the Dojo is available for unit use.

Everything is within walking distance. Draw weapons from the armory, eat breakfast, and be on the range in under 30 minutes — no vehicle movement, no convoy brief, no wasted time.
