Every package starts with your unit’s mission requirements, skill level, and timeline — then T1G’s planning team builds the program of instruction around those specifics. Ability groups prevent training to the lowest common denominator. Real-time adaptation happens without change orders: skills progressing faster than planned, the schedule shifts. Need to add night iterations or swap vehicle platforms? 30 minutes.
The facility operates 24/7 with zero noise or fire restrictions. On-site lodging and meals, secured armory, and all training areas within walking distance eliminate the logistics overhead that compresses training time at military installations. Backside support handles range setup, target reset, vehicle staging, and facility transitions — your unit trains 33% more in the same number of days. T1G maintains an active Secret Facility Clearance under DCSA and meets National Industrial Security Program (NISP) guidelines.
Training packages scale from team-sized elements through group-level exercises. Situational Training Exercises (STX) build skills with instructor coaching and correction during execution. Full Mission Profiles (FMP) remove the safety net — no instruction during execution, feedback only after completion, multiple elements integrated across objectives. The progression from STX to FMP mirrors the real deployment preparation cycle: build the skill, then validate it under pressure.
T1G’s cadre — 90% combat veterans — runs the same scenarios they’ve executed downrange. Opposing forces, civilian role players, and signal intelligence integration add the friction that sterile range days eliminate.
