Who We’re Looking For

T1G employs full-time instructors, medical cadre, facility operations staff, logistics coordinators, and administrative support across a 777-acre training complex near Memphis. 90% of the instructor cadre are combat veterans. The backside support team — vehicle maintenance, range prep, target reset, armory, lodging and dining — runs the infrastructure that gives client units 33% more training time than military installations.

What matters here:

Instructors and SMEs: Combat experience, subject matter depth, and the ability to adapt a training plan in real time. We teach five disciplines — weapons and tactics, operational medicine, breaching, driving, and UAS. You don’t need all five. You need genuine depth in at least one.
Medical cadre: JSOMTC-level experience preferred. T1G’s medical program runs everything from TCCC to prolonged field care to surgical team training. George’s team sets the standard.
Facility and logistics: The people who make training possible. Range setup, vehicle fleet maintenance, scenario builds, equipment staging, housekeeping. If you’ve done this work on a military installation, you already understand — except here, you do it without the bureaucracy.
Administrative and operations: Finance, HR, project coordination, client management. The business side of a company that exists to train warfighters.
