Accelerated full immersion First-Person View UAS capabilities for operators across all experience levels
FPV UAS Operator (FPV-OPS) is a comprehensive three-tier training program designed to develop First-Person View (FPV) unmanned aerial systems (UAS) capabilities, culminating in advanced-level proficiency across all levels. The program is tailored to operators with varying entry experience:
- Entry Level (FPV-OPS-I) for those with little to no UAS piloting experience
- Intermediate (FPV-OPS-II) for those with some UAS piloting experience but minimal FPV exposure
- Advanced (FPV-OPS-III) for operators with FPV experience.
All levels achieve the same end state—mastery of advanced FPV flight dynamics, maintenance, and tactical operations—through hands-on training, technical instruction, and Situational Training Exercises (STX) within T1G’s 777-acre unrestricted operational environment. The program emphasizes real-world tactical applications, ensuring operators are confident and competent in FPV operations for contemporary battlefield and specialized mission profiles.
