Motorcade Operators Course

Motorcade Operators Course (MOC) develops the multi-vehicle skills required to move principals and assets through high-threat environments. Training progresses from individual vehicle handling through advanced multi-vehicle defensive and evasive driving — motorcade formations, inter-vehicle communication techniques, high-speed convoy maneuvers, and escape procedures. The course is customizable to team size, vehicle platform, and operational environment. Scenarios build in complexity through realistic attack drills that pressure the motorcade’s ability to maintain formation, protect the principal, and execute contingency plans under fire.

Operators train formation driving, vehicle spacing and speed management, lead and follow vehicle responsibilities, and coordinated responses to threats including ambush, IED, and vehicle-borne attack scenarios. Counter-ambush drills progress from recognition through evasive action to breakout. Down-vehicle procedures, vehicle transfers, and bump plans ensure the motorcade adapts when vehicles are lost. All training runs on T1G’s WPS-certified paved track and road network, which supports multi-vehicle operations at speed without civilian traffic conflicts. Teams building a complete protection driving capability combine MOC with Close Protection Driving and Executive Protection Driver Training.
